Vertical Gardening & Tomatoes

Vertical gardening is a great way of adapting gardening to you, your needs and your space.
If you have limited space vertical gardening can be adjusted to size. In fact you can even do vertical gardening by putting a trellis in a container. This way you can grow tomatoes or any other plant you like in a small space.
Bending difficult or hurts your back? Vertical gardening can minimize the reaching you have to do.
And for those low hanging tomatoes, use a chair, stool or one of those wheeled garden wagons to minimize your bending. Remember our back was designed to keep us upright, not bending over. Be nice to your back.
By using vertical gardening techniques, you can minimize the distance you need to walk, the bending you need to do and overall make gardening more enjoyable and less of a pain.
I promised I'd finish the audio editing. Listen to parts of the interview I did with Frank Kilgore about using vertical gardening techniques to grow your tomatoes.
Frank has written an informative book Grow Greenhouse Tomatoes Outside about growing tomatoes using vertical gardening. It's in an e-book format, so you can download it and read it immediately without waiting for the book to be delivered. For more information go to:
Enjoy your gardening and have fun as you see the results of your work..
